Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you rent a roll off dumpster from Dumpster Rental Longview or use this website. By booking a dumpster, you agree to them, including the rental period, weight limits, and fees.
1. Quotes and Booking
You get a quote with the size, included tons, rental days, and total price before delivery. Prices on this site are estimates until we confirm them for your address and project. A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date and price with you by phone or email.
2. Rental Period
The standard rental period is 7 days, counted from delivery. Extra days are charged at the daily rate on your quote. Call before the rental period ends if you need more time. Longer rentals can be arranged for a set price.
3. Included Weight and Overage
Each size includes a set weight: 10 yard, 1 ton; 15 yard, 2 tons; 20 yard, 3 tons; 25 yard, 3.5 tons; 30 yard, 4 tons; 40 yard, 5 tons. Weight is measured by the landfill scale ticket. Weight over the included tons is charged per ton at the rate on your quote. Do not fill the box above the top rail.
4. Prohibited Items
You may not put these in the dumpster: paint, solvents, chemicals, and liquids; motor oil and oil filters; lead acid batteries; propane tanks; medical waste; asbestos; and any hazardous or regulated material. Tires, refrigerators, air conditioners, and other items with refrigerant are accepted only as allowed by the landfill. If a prohibited item is in the load, we may refuse pickup, and you are responsible for any removal, disposal, and fees. You must tell us before delivery if you plan to dispose of heavy material such as concrete, brick, or dirt.
5. Site Access and Placement
You choose where the box goes, and you confirm that the spot is safe and clear. The truck needs about 60 feet of straight room and about 23 to 25 feet of clear height. You must keep the spot clear of cars, low limbs, wires, gates, and other obstacles. If we cannot reach the box at delivery or pickup, a trip fee may apply, as listed on your quote.
6. Permits and Property Rules
You are responsible for any permit, homeowners association approval, or landlord approval needed to place the box. If the box goes on a public street or sidewalk, contact the City of Longview or the city that governs that location before delivery.
7. Surface and Property Damage
A loaded dumpster is heavy. Driveways, lawns, pavers, septic areas, and other surfaces can crack, rut, or stain. You accept this risk. Ask for boards under the box on soft or new surfaces. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces, buried lines, sprinklers, or other items that are not visible or that you did not tell us about, except as required by law.
8. Your Duties
You agree to load the box safely, keep it level with the top rail, cover loads as needed, keep people and pets away from the box, and not move it. You agree to tell us accurately what you are disposing of. You are responsible for the box and its contents while it is on your property.
9. Payment
Payment is due on delivery by card or check, unless your quote says otherwise. Overage, extra days, trip fees, and other charges are billed after pickup or as stated on your quote.
10. Cancellations and Changes
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge if you call at least 24 hours before delivery. If the truck has already left the yard, a trip fee may apply. Call as soon as you know your plans change. We may reschedule delivery because of weather, access problems, or the truck schedule.
11. Same Day and Next Day Delivery
Same day delivery is not guaranteed. It depends on the truck schedule. Next day delivery is usually available, but delivery windows are estimates.
12. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays caused by weather or events outside our control, or loss of items you place in the box. These terms do not limit any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims, losses, and costs that come from your use of the dumpster, your breach of these terms, or the contents you place in the box.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Gregg County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you book apply to your rental.
